India Rush's International Long Term Player Development (LTPD) program is a highly competitive and rigorous training program designed for determined and disciplined players who want to take their skills to the next level. The program offers a unique opportunity for players to train in a culturally diverse and immersive environment that helps them grow both as players and as global citizens.
Currently, the LTPD program is offered in USA, Spain and Portugal, where players receive training from experienced coaches and staff. The program is open to players between the ages of 16 to 20 years and from the 2018-19 season, it will also be available for the 13 to 15 years age category.
The program provides holistic development to the players, focusing not only on football training but also on cultural exchange and personal growth. Players receive assistance in school and college admissions in Denver and Lisbon, and they can also opt for online education from Mumbai. This allows them to continue their education while pursuing their passion for football.
The LTPD program has been successful in transforming players into professional footballers, with more than 100 players trained since 2012 in Denver and over 15 players trained in Lisbon. Three of our players have played for Portuguese clubs during the 2016-17 season, demonstrating the effectiveness of our training program in producing skilled and competitive players.
