This year’s theme for the International Day, Women in leadership: Achieving an equal future in a COVID-19 world, celebrates the tremendous efforts by women and girls around the world in shaping a more equal future and recovery from the COVID-19 pandemic.”
As we write this article the India Rush SC women’s team is getting ready to battle out their city counterparts in the Indian Women’s League Prelims. What is noteworthy in the intent of the players to stamp their authority on a game known as the men’s game. The coach does not see them as boys or girls but children wanting to indulge in enjoyable activity.
