India Rush SC U16 ran riot against IFA in their MDFA 1st Div U16 match at the Neville D’Souza football ground in Bandra. It was all India Rush SC since the starting whistle as they put 13 goals past a helpless IFA side.
India Rush SC is well known for their style of play and their fearless intent to go toe-to-toe with their opponents. This match served as another example of how they flawlessly implemented attacking football asserting their dominance throughout the entire match. The defense complemented the attack well ensuring the fact that IFA failed to register a single shot on target.
Ravi Rathod headed India Rush SC ahead as the flurry of goals began. Then onward scoring on a consistent basis, they ran away with a score line of 6-0 at half time. Jordan Noronha took home the match ball with a sumptuous hattrick. And he was significantly complemented by his teammates. Swami Cheepinapi bagged a brace.
Midfielder Scott Rodrigues stamped his authority on the match dictating play from the centre of the park linking up well with the attack also scoring two goals in the process. For his stellar performance Scott was judged the Man Of the Match.
There were goals from Abhishek Patil, Syed Ahmed, Yashwant Naik, Krishna Shukla and Ammar Momin which completed a thorough dominant display from India Rush SC.
