The India Rush Academy Membership is for players aged 11-18 who have been playing the game for schools and/or other clubs, and are looking to take their development to a more advanced and competitive level.

Academy training is both individual-skill based and team-understanding based, with coaches teaching players how to be successful through a wide array of in-game situations.

The Academy's primary function is to provide a minimum of 20 competitive games per year, and therefore each player will play in the official as well as private league throughout the year. Academy players will play predominantly with their age group, however, in exceptional cases, players may 'play up' an age group, if Technical Directors feel the individual player's development will be improved by doing so.
